Description of Service
ComicGen is an AI-powered comic creation platform. It can generate comics from prompts, stories, product explanations, tutorials, posters, webtoon-style episodes, and supported video inputs. We use artificial intelligence to draft scripts and create illustrated comic panels in selected styles.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights; submit videos you do not have the right to use; attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems; circumvent usage limits or billing systems; or share your account credentials with others.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of videos you submit and reference images you upload. AI-generated comics created through our service are provided to you for personal and commercial use, subject to any third-party rights in the source material. Our platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
Payments & Billing

Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Generation results may vary based on input quality and AI model performance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComicGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through our Data Deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
