Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ComicGen. Below is our refund policy for different purchase types.

Website Purchases Only

ComicGen currently sells subscriptions and credit packs through the website. We do not currently process App Store or Google Play purchases for this web product. If a mobile app or app-store purchase channel is introduced later, refunds for those purchases will follow the relevant platform policy.

Website Subscriptions (Stripe/PayPal)

Subscriptions purchased through our website are handled through Stripe or PayPal. Eligible trial users can request a trial refund from the Billing page while the trial refund window is still open. Outside that window, refund eligibility is reviewed based on subscription status, payment provider records, and usage. You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are intended for one-time extra usage. Unused credit-pack purchases may be reviewed by support, but credits that have already been consumed for generation or regeneration are not refundable.
